Divisional Structure and Functions

In accordance with the present responsibilities assigned to the Department of Foreign Exchange, its functions are carried out through the following divisions.

Capital Transactions Division

Facilitating the implementation of the Capital Transaction related regulations of the department

Policy and Research Division

Facilitating the policy making process of the department.

Statistics, Monitoring and Investigation Division

Monitoring division engage in compiling data and maintaining of statistical database in foreign exchange transactions while compliance monitoring, enabling the Central Bank to make policy decisions in foreign exchange management effectively.

Administration Division

Carrying out supporting functions of the department.
